Agreement Between User and COLORADO ROYALS FASTPITCH SOFTBALL CLUB, INC.

Modification of These Terms of Use

COLORADO ROYALS FASTPITCH SOFTBALL CLUB, INC. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the coloradoroyals.org Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the coloradoroyals.org Web Site.

Refunds on Purchases

Due to the nature of planning and league registrations, COLORADO ROYALS FASTPITCH SOFTBALL CLUB, INC. reserves the right to not give refunds on league or membership fees—either one-time payments or recurring payments—nor for any products. This applies to fees or products ordered on the website or offline via cash or check payments. Any product that has not been customized, altered, worn, or otherwise used may be exchanged within 14 days for a similar item. The payer of any ongoing membership subscriptions may request to cancel their subscription at any time without further penalty and without further charges providing at least 48 hours of notice before the recurring payment is due to be charged. Approved refunds that were transacted online may be subject to a fee—up to 3.2%—depending on the refund and fee policies of our payment processor, Stripe. Our provider currently does NOT provide a refund of transaction fees to us, so we reserve the right to refund all but the transaction fee on any transaction approved for refund.

Termination/Access Restriction

COLORADO ROYALS FASTPITCH SOFTBALL CLUB, INC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the coloradoroyals.org Web Site without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Larimer County, Colorado, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the coloradoroyals.org Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
