Richie has coached softball for seven years and really cares about his team and their families. With a love for improvement, he continually sharpens his skills and those of his team.

16B- Assistant COACH

Lauren is the Royals first ‘retiree’! She’s growing into an amazing coach because she’s fresh off the field and has a wealth of knowledge of the game to pass along to the girls. They love having her input and validation and really shine with her mentoring.

PITCHING COACH

Nicole has recently retired from the game after 7 years of playing competitive ball, giving her an immense amount of knowledge of the game to share with the upcoming generation of young athletes.
