Our organizational goal is quality, not quantity. However, when we come across the right coaches or teams looking for our organizational excellence, of course, we’re going to make room.

Every single page on the Colorado Royals website is encrypted. Most sites only encrypt the checkout process. We have not yet been approved by the IRS to be a 501-3(c) organization. We are organized in Colorado as a non-profit built strictly on the backs of volunteers executives and coaches who don’t get paid. We’re here for the love of the game, our communities, and our players and their families.

Even if that is true today, it may not be tomorrow. So in short, we have no idea. That is a coach’s decision based on no less than 20 factors, 11 of those being her teammates. We live by a few simple philosophies: every player gets a chance over a season to prove themselves, and always earned, never given.
